Shipping & Returns Policy

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and typically delivered within 2–5 working days.

European Delivery

  • Shipping Cost: £10

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 5–7 working days from dispatch.

  • Note: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order Items

  • Made-to-order pieces are dispatched worldwide within 21–28 days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your item is on its way.

International Delivery (Rest of World)

  • Shipping Rates: Available upon request. Please contact us via email for a quote.

  • Dispatch Time: Within 3 working days for ready-to-ship items.

  • Note: Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns for refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Form and a Returns Reference Number.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In the case of faulty or damaged items, we will reimburse return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be sent using registered post or a tracked courier service, with proof of postage and adequate insurance.

  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached and no signs of wear, in accordance with hygiene standards.
